Entrepreneurs like Kouamé, [J] who runs a tech startup in Cocody, now book co-working desks for his entire team three days a week. [K] "It gives us flexibility while maintaining a team culture," he says.

[M] Universities and professional training centres are increasingly offering courses in digital skills, project management tools, and virtual communication — all competencies [N] demanded by remote employers.
