Fatou's Promotion
Last year, Fatou got a new job in a marketing agency, which was located in the center of Abidjan. She was hired after a long interview process during which she had to prove that she could work under pressure. Fatou's manager, who had worked in marketing for over ten years, told her that if she wanted to grow quickly in the company, she needed to take more initiatives.
