Grammar — Present Simple

We use the Present Simple to talk about habits, routines, and facts that are generally true.

Structure:

✔ Affirmative: Subject + verb (base form)I wake up early.
✔ He/She/It: Subject + verb + -s/-esShe watches TV.
✖ Negative: Subject + do/does + not + verbHe doesn't eat breakfast.
? Question: Do/Does + subject + verb?Do you go to school by bus?
Adverbs of frequency (placed before the main verb):
