A Problem at N'SIYO Distribution

Adjoua is the sales manager at N'SIYO Distribution, a small company in Bouaké. Last month, the company faced a serious problem: sales dropped by 20%. Adjoua decided to identify the root cause of the situation before taking any action.

After talking to customers, she discovered that most complaints were about late deliveries. Many clients in Yopougon and Cocody said their orders arrived three or four days late. Adjoua organized a meeting with her team to brainstorm possible solutions.

During the meeting, Konan suggested hiring a second delivery driver with a motorbike. Fatou proposed working with a local gbaka transport service instead, because it would be cheaper. The team had to weigh the pros and cons of each option before making a final decision.

Finally, they agreed to test both solutions for one month and evaluate the results together. Adjoua reminded her team: "A good decision is not a fast decision — it's a decision everyone understands and supports."
