Kouamé's Job Interview

Kouamé saw a job vacancy in a newspaper: "Wanted: English teacher. Full-time. Two years of experience required. Send your CV before June 30th." He decided to apply because he had three years of teaching experience and loved working with students.

He filled out the application form carefully, writing his full name, date of birth, address, and education. He attached his CV and a short cover letter explaining why he wanted the job.

A week later, Kouamé was invited for an interview. The interviewer asked him: "Tell me about yourself." Kouamé answered confidently, explaining his background and experience. When asked about his weaknesses, he honestly said he was sometimes too perfectionist, but he was working on it.

At the end of the interview, Kouamé asked about the working hours and the salary. The interviewer smiled and said they would contact him soon. Two days later, Kouamé received a call: he got the job!
